Healthy lifestyle isn’t  about a luxury lifestyle it’s not about fancy diet food or fancy salad.

Try to switch your daily habit into healthy habits tiny changes will give good results. 

Follow daily few basic tips that can help you to feel healthy lifestyle such as 

  • Wake up early in the morning.
  • Warm up your body (running, Basic yoga & workout.
  • Make some healthy fruits or vegetables drink at least drink warm water empty stomach.
  • Eat some healthy nuts if available.
  • Take daily bath and clean your body.
  • Wear comfortable and clean clothes.
  • Read some knowledgeable books or newspapers 
  • Avoid daily having unhealthy or oily food.
  • Eat as per your hunger Don’t eat much for cravings and drinks at least 8-10 glass of water daily 
  • Use some healthy diet follow applications (optional).
  • Take 2-4 hours of break from your gadgets if you’re home person.
  • Spend happy time with your family or friends.

These tips will help you to improve your health and habits  and be punctual with your time and life.Have your Breakfast, lunch evening snacks and dinner on time daily (if you are sweets lover then switch your sweets into healthy

version like jaggery, honey, homemade date’s jam and peanut butter).
